#BEINSPIRED, take a look at the amazing #weputyoufirst campaign, as 1st for Women, salutes your contribution to the world.
This is something you will hear experts talking about all the time, most women are caregivers, mothers, wives, workers, students, constantly giving to the people and the world around them. Using their strengths, time and creativity to drive social change in their communities, but most of them are really bad at extending that same courtesy to them, they always put themselves last.
That is why is it so important that woman have a support system in place that revives and nourishes them physically and emotionally, so they can build up the reserves to continue to drive position change in the world. This is one of the points being made by the #weputyoufirst campaign. I loved hearing about Thakgalo’s experience of the event it reminder me how my mom has always done everything to ensure that I have a bright and sounds future and that I lack for nothing. She has always been prepared to sacrifice herself for her children, and I wish I am as good a mother to my son as she has been to me and my sisters.
#BEINSPIRED, follow along with this amazing campaign for women just like you #weputyoufirst

What a wonderful initiative! Woman always put themselves last, yet we need that revitalization to hold everything together in our families and lives!
April 16, 2016 at 4:22 pmI couldn’t agree more – we women need to surround ourselves with women friends who support us and who have our backs. We also need to ask for help when we need it, and be prepared to offer help when someone asks for it. This is such a great project.

April 18, 2016 at 2:22 pmWhen you become a mother that is the time that a woman steps back and puts others first, namely her children. It is a natural instinct. My five offspring … 3 are fully fledged adults but in my eyes they are still my babies … are my world alongside my husband. Lovely post – looks like it was an inspiring event too.

its a great campaign
April 18, 2016 at 2:21 pmThis sounds like a great campaign. So important to recognise and give something back to the people who are supporting and facilitating others’ achievements by putting them first. The role of the people giving all the help and support in the background is often overlooked (since, by not putting themselves first, those people are so often not viewed as the achievers themselves), but it is a vital role.
