Say what's on your mind (Day 8-Say)

Sometimes we struggle to find the right words, we work them over and over in our minds. Worrying about how they will sound, how will they be perceived by the receiver. This is a good practice and skill to learn, especially when about to say something negative. But I believe that when you are about to give a compliment, or words of encouragement or praise and support, then it is permissible to just say what in your heart, because certainly a heartfelt message will be much appreciated by the receiver
